Valentine's day is a wonderful occasion to celebrate with loved ones! If you are planning a special dinner and are looking for some ideas to help decorate your table, we have loads of them to help you. Valentine's day decor has lots of red and pink, candles, hearts and roses. Its a beautiful presentation of all things that symbolize love!

Show your creative side, display your affection in every aspect of planning. Its a special day and won't you love to make them swoon. Enjoy perusing and hope you find some inspiration here :-)

Gorgeous rich red and lush roses. A nice velvet table runner, stunning gold and red votive and hearts wreath. Dinnerware in combination of red and white breaks the monotone color. Love!

Planning an elegant outdoor luncheon! Spiffy vintage bottles with fresh flowers. Look for pastel stemware and raid old cupboards/antique shops for lovely floral china. Simple chic.

Dinner for two? This is just the cutest setting ever, put your crafty hands to full use. Simple wild stems in a mason jar. Paper boat bunting and scrabble tiles. Who said frugal cannot be fun?!

Short notice, you can still pull off a beautiful table decoration in no time. Few hints of red, roses and a personal touch, a message written on chalk cloth table runner. Adorable!

One great tip of adding tons of drama is to use the same pattern in abundance. A bunch of simple hand cut heart doilies will look absolutely stylish! Love the ombre effect. Easy enough?

I love upcycle ideas. A ladder hangs above the long dining table. Cut out of XOs and lots of photographs interspersed. This would be perfect for lofts and more spacious rooms.

Pick red or purple as theme and mix it with neutrals like white. Al fresco dinner with purple stemware, bunting and napkins. Lovely bouquet of purple flowers compliments perfectly!

Oh the simplicity of this arrangement! Dollar store egg cups holding button roses arranged in shape of a heart. Alternative, use egg shells with strips of paper roll as base. Ta da!

Having a valentines day party for friends, this may be the most charming table decoration ever! Perfect for smaller space. Tall vases of flowers, mix of votive and flowers. Elegance..

Go over the top but keep it classy! Stunning table centerpiece in shades of pink. With such a delicate focal piece, the simple tableware compliments perfectly!

Love the use of carnations instead of roses. Its a sweet easy diy mobile. I can imagine using embroidery hoops for a quick version. Use fake flowers to preserve year round. So unique!

All you need is a wire hanger and autumn leaves for making this lovely wreath. Kids will have fun making it. Or, styro foam wreath and pushpins, will be another idea!

My favourite! Stunning autumn colour wheel style wreath. Each element is beautiful and all natural. This is on my to-do list for the season!!

Wheat sheaf or autumn pruning of lavender can be tied to stair rods for this frugal but pretty decoration. So chic and delicate!

Perfect alternative for a wreath, though a more country cottage style. Just shove the corn on the rake or tie them with fishing line to make it more secure. Done in no time!!

Theme Design: Neon decor ideas for home!

Bright gorgeous colors have a way of adding cheer and spirit into our everyday life. Neon colors have been so much in fashion lately. This color trend is quite in sync with summer and spring! Home accent and upholstery in neon is a good experiment and the pop of color is absolutely fun. Love it! hope you are as inspired :o)

An easy makeover for old furniture with surface damages. Paint them a bright color and it will get the deserved attention. Mid century design was never looked funkier!

Modern color palette of Gray with pops of neon. Using bright colors for accent on a neutral base makes for interesting points of attention. Buy Ikea furniture and consider customizing them. Good value :)

The cuteness of these stools aside love the delicate setup! Neon is so eye catching that even hints of it can transform any corner. You don't have to go big to bring some neon into your lives.

So colorful! Bright and comfortable, this is the perfect relaxing nook. It looks fabulous against the stark white backdrop and instantly warms up the place. Must for those white winters for me :)

Neon colors don't always have to be in the face. Sometimes a piped down version is really attractive. Coral and soothing brown bedding is super stylish. It adds an edgy flair to the bedroom decor.

Hopelessly smitten by mid-century modern. Intense use of turquoise, and yet its coral red that makes all the difference. Gorgeous Pyrex and Catherine Holm enamelware must be feeling right at home!

Accent wall with eye popping colors! Wonderful combination of blue and apple green, so unusual and very striking. If you have it in you, go for a transformation, reupholster and rejuvenate.

Modern contemporary kitchen design with hints of neon yellow. An alternative for those looking for a urban chic inspiration. Gray and yellow combination has featured here before.

Splash of so many colors! This living room is so gorgeous, it radiates cheer. Perfect for those who don't shy away from colors and love to experiment. This surely is fabulous!

As always, try experimenting with small decorative stuff before committing money and time on a larger project. Neon is a still quite in trend. Do consider!

Spring Inspiration: Patio garden designs for apartment and backyard!

Spring has the quality of freshness and beauty! It is colorful and energetic and the ideal time to be outdoors. If you have been thinking about adding a garden to your patio, this post has some gorgeous designs to get you totally smitten!

Be it a small apartment balcony or a luxurious backyard patio space, make the most of the wonderful spring time and delight your senses with a fabulous garden. Enjoy an early morning breakfast or a romantic dinner in your own beautiful sensuous garden.

A select color theme and rustic appeal! Serene and stress free, unwind in your own oasis of spring bounty. Repurpose baskets, old crates, watering cans etc for this eclectic cottage style garden!

For a really small patio use contrast to work for you! Paint rails a neutral shade, and remember darker colors make patio look larger. Few bright colorful flowers will look clutter free. Perfect spot for conversation!!

Hang shelves from the rail, this way you can rotate the flowering pots! Use light weight pottery that can be moved easily. Make sure to leave the floor space open for patio furniture for you to sit back and enjoy!!

For those who love mature plants and topiary, this is a fabulous design. Add just a few mature plants for easy maintenance. Mix water saver in the soil for spring florals, to help retain moisture. Less of daily watering!

Choose your plants wisely! Consider the sun/shade, dimension of the patio, growth and maturity of the plants you are choosing. Visit local nurseries for suggestions. Use pottery of different heights to add more density and depth to your garden!

Mixing pots and urns of different size and shape can make for a very appealing look. Keep the color palette similar to avoid color clashes. The patio should look like a peaceful artistic adobe for your senses!

With the space constraint of a patio, boxes mounted on rails leave room for entertaining. Mix colorful spring flowers to brighten up the area, add small trees, bushes and create your own little zen world :c)
